The game is epic, especially when it comes to the amount of content that is thrown at players. If you’re one of those gamers who likes to experience everything from the start, you’ll end up being overwhelmed by the number quests, NPCs, locations, artifacts, magic, skills, books. Another interesting aspect of the game is the high number of bugs. However, a large chunk of these so-called bugs add a unique flavor to the gameplay, which makes it funny sometimes. Aside the amount of bugs that are still making headlines, Skyrim lacks several options that should have been included from the start. One such feature is the possibility to make notes on the huge map. Currently, players can only have one marker and they cannot make any annotations. Fortunately, the game is so popular that players already released tons of modes that partially or completely fix some of the game’s problems or add new features. “Dragon Shout” for iOS is an application that promises to add one of the missing features of the game, the possibility to add more markers on the make annotations. Basically, you will be able to mark various locations on the interactive Skyrim map, including any place that may be important to you and wish to revisit. You’ll be able to leave any “cargo” that is too heavy to carry, anywhere on the map, and simply mark it on the map with an annotation. There’s more to it. The developer plans include some social network functionality so that players can share marks, pictures, journal annotations or even chat in real time. The application is now pending Apple’s approval to be distributed in the App Store. Check out the application’s site to follow its progress.
Bethesda’s Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is one of the most controversial games of this year. Although “controversial” isn’t necessarily a bad word, especially when it’s attached to Skyrim.
